Louise Hill Design produces artwork prints of original designs created using a mixture of Louise's own photography, illustration and patterns, vintage imagery, and photos of textiles that have collected over the years. Iconic prints of Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo are amongst the collection. In addition, there are Limited Edition prints available on small runs of 100.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS..

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

My prints are 'made to order' for each customer - please make sure you are happy with your choice as I cannot refund or exchange prints once they have been made up for you. My prints are delivered in good quality protective wrapping. In the unlikely event of a print arriving to you damaged, please take a photo of any damaged postal packaging or ripped corners before unwrapping the whole print. Also take a photo of any damage to the actual print and contact me as soon as possible.

ORDER PROCESS

Orders placed on a Friday after 5pm (Singapore time) will be processed the following Monday morning. On receipt of payment, your order will be prepared for you and delivery details are confirmed thereafter.

Each one of my prints is especially 'PRINTED TO ORDER' by my printer in Hong Kong for each customer and hand delivered by my printer's driver (HK) or courier (overseas), as I carry limited stock.

URGENT ORDERS - less than 5 WORKING days

Urgent orders can be processed within reason but require confirmation.  Please try and order with 4+ days to spare to avoid disappointment and to give my printer time during busy times of the year. 

TAKING CARE OF YOUR PRINTS

My prints are printed in 'gallery standard' archival Giclee inks with a special invisible coating which stops the colours from fading over time.

However, if you live in a country with high or varying humidity, please ensure that you hang the prints in a well ventilated cool room where you use air conditioning and/or dehumidifiers on a regular basis. Just like any other valuable belongings such as bags, shoes and clothes they need to be cared for carefully in such conditions to prevent them getting mouldy.

ORDERING MORE THAN ONE PRINT

If you would like to order more than one stretched framed canvas print to hang together, it is advisable to order them at the same time. As the production process involves wet ink printing on to 100% cotton canvas, a small amount of shrinkage is experienced. This will limit the opportunity for variable shrinkage and small sizing differences.
